If a business wants to get loan forgiveness is June 30th still the hard deadline? Or does the business have 8 weeks from when they receive the loan?

41:47
I'd love to hear what are industry "best practices" for a virtual conference - how long should it last? How many concurrent sessions? How many CEs offered?

42:48
We have already committed to pushing our in-person fundraiser (scheduled for June) to an all-virtual event in September.

45:00
Have to jump to another meeting - thank you for the invitation!

45:08
Will members be "zoomed out" by the fall or spring?

47:02
Not yet!

49:58
YES SHE IS THE SAME

49:59
yes its me!

52:31
Interested in Jordan's question about how many days....do we turn a 3-day conference into a 3-day virtual conference or spread it out...

52:53
robin -- spread it out!

53:49
hi Robin, for ASJA we took a two day conference and turned it into a 3-month affair, with two sessions a week. our members are constantly working so we looked for a format that would give little disruption to their day-to-day life, and promote extended engagement and networking with their colleagues and the organization

54:52
a full day of virtual sessions would be very tiring.

55:25
The FWA decided to postpone an increase in membership dues for now. We will revisit next year.

55:34
Agree Judy. The zoom meetings are much more mentally exhausting than being in a meeting in person.

56:14
Robin, so far with our vendor we've decided max three sessions per day for our docs in terms of drop off

56:26
Do you price it for the "full conference" or piecemeal it by session? We were thinking to keep it 3 days with a virtual exhibit hall, with sponsored morning yoga, etc.....Having to make the decision to within a couple of weeks...sigh

57:39
I am not very optimistic and would love to hear others' ideas about how you are approaching budgeting

01:02:38
Thanks Holly, Karen and Claire. That's helpful.

01:03:43
Have any of your organizations formed a COVID-19 Response Team to deal with matters such as alternate scenario budgeting?

01:04:23
Need to hop, very helpful. Thanks!

01:06:51
hi Ria, yes, for ASJA we organized a board task force to look specifically at their annual meeting

01:08:05
Are they doing any alternative scenario budgeting analysis? My Board thinks this is a good idea but they want me to do it.

01:08:35
Ditto to Ria!

01:09:10
Yes! I'm looking for guidance and tools on this too.

01:09:56
those contingency plans are based on 10%, 20% and 40% reductions in revenue.

01:14:18
This has been great! Thanks!

01:14:26
Thank you!

01:14:30
Thank you all
