If a business wants to get loan forgiveness is June 30th still the hard deadline? Or does the business have 8 weeks from when they receive the loan?

I'd love to hear what are industry "best practices" for a virtual conference - how long should it last? How many concurrent sessions? How many CEs offered?

We have already committed to pushing our in-person fundraiser (scheduled for June) to an all-virtual event in September.

hi Robin, for ASJA we took a two day conference and turned it into a 3-month affair, with two sessions a week. our members are constantly working so we looked for a format that would give little disruption to their day-to-day life, and promote extended engagement and networking with their colleagues and the organization

a full day of virtual sessions would be very tiring.

The FWA decided to postpone an increase in membership dues for now. We will revisit next year.

Agree Judy. The zoom meetings are much more mentally exhausting than being in a meeting in person.

Robin, so far with our vendor we've decided max three sessions per day for our docs in terms of drop off

Do you price it for the "full conference" or piecemeal it by session? We were thinking to keep it 3 days with a virtual exhibit hall, with sponsored morning yoga, etc.....Having to make the decision to within a couple of weeks...sigh

I am not very optimistic and would love to hear others' ideas about how you are approaching budgeting

hi Ria, yes, for ASJA we organized a board task force to look specifically at their annual meeting
