We review our strategic plan formally every 3 years. We update our business plan every year - developed by staff and approved by the board. The business plan is developed along with the annual budget.

During BoD orientation, we make it clear that it's critical for people to be on the same page OUT of the Board room. We can disagree inside, but once we reach consensus, everyone is supportive OUTSIDE of the Board room
