we aree having major success with Zoom and large, moderated webinars. Most of our challenge is preparing the presenters.

Re older audiences: Had a Zoom call yesterday with a local group of 8 that I'm in, all 65+, after 10 min. of "push this push that" everyone was on and enjoying the call.

Will any of the speakers speak about how to deal with event cancelations during this time or event contracting moving forward?

He we decided not to hold a virtual meeting after canceling our. Instead we are doing a series of webinars on Tuesdays and Thursdays in April. We think everyone will be too distracted for sit more than an hour for a meeting.

Event Cancellations: Venable LLP has held several webinars - before the Emergency announcement and after. Available at the site. (For future sessions if live, some are CAE, all are CLE.

We are a trade and postponing all renewals due in April and May to July 31st. After that date we will be taking it on a case by case basis. (I can't unmute because the kids are running rampant!)

We (GANYC - Guides Association of NYC) is putting together a weekly newsletter for members with news, resources, and encouragement to all. We're lucky that our renewals were in January, but a lot of members just want some TLC and to know the Board is thinking of them.
