I was wondering about whether running a conference over the traditional multiple full day schedule is still the best practice.

Luke, i'll tell you what we've been doing. It is NOT. They won't want to sit for multiple days, all days, etc......

We are seeing if you do multiple days you have breaks and do NOT do all day all day.

we see many organizations stretching out their content over longer periods of time

The American Society of Journalists and Authors packaged it as 3 months of content. Trend is now "watch it at your time, when you want to, etcs. but it will publish on this date..."

that is something that we recommend... have a shorter event, but utilize the content over a long period of time

yes, having on demand content is also important
